Rammer Extension Cartridges

Rammer extension cartridges can be used with a variety of machines, for example with loaders as mobile breakers. The feeder is typically installed with a bracket having the same mounting pattern with the bucket. Utilizing the same loader for breaking and loading is therefore possible.

They are specially designed for mobile underground grizzly applications. One unit and operator can easily work at several grizzlies which improves flexibility and the equipment utilization. Mobile breaker system can also be used to clear draw point blockages. It can easily be installed on various carriers.

Rammer XL Series

Applications demanding long reach and high breaking power require an XL series boom..

Applications include gyratory crushers in mines and quarries and grizzlies in mines. These series, like S- and M-series, feature a triangular design.

The boom pedestal is designed round for even stress distribution into the foundation.

Rammer XM Series

M series booms have been especially designed for mining markets. Their proven design combined to over dimensioning makes this a convenient and safe choice.

XM series booms also feature a multi-fit pedestal, that makes replacing existing, worn-out boom systems more convenient. In addition the number of different parts is cut to minimum by e.g. fitting same cylinders for all boom functions.

C Series

Light weight, multipurpose booms to be typically used in quarries, next to or on primary crushers or mobile mobile crushers to clear blockages and bridging.

They can be operated directly by the valve levers or by using a Rammer radio control. Small series light weight booms are typically mounted on stationary crushing plants, and used in combination with a Rammer Small range breaker.
